We offer unlimited free revisions during the creation process.

Before we ship your painting, we will show you the final result. You can request changes at this stage until you are happy with the work.

Cancellations & Refunds

During Production: If you are not satisfied with the painting during the production stage (before shipping), you may cancel your order for a full refund.

After Shipping: Because these are custom, hand-painted items made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns once the item has been shipped and delivered, unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at via email with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Customs and Import Taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Giftzy.co is not responsible for delays due to customs.
